5 Workout Moves To Reduce The Size Of Your Thighs
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Thighs can be a problem area when it comes to keeping fit. If lunges, squats and running aren't doing the trick, fitness expert Ali Holman says she has five moves that can help resize your thighs.
Here are those exercises, which you can see in action in the video above:
- Tippy Toe Toner: Wide Squat, then raise to toes while down in squat.
- Curtsy Lunges: Hands on hips, step leg behind and lower knee towards ground.
- Narrow To Wide Squat Jump: Jump wide with toes facing out, jump narrow.
- Side Plank Leg Up & Forward: Straight arm on ground, feet stacked, raise straight leg then leg forward.
- Straight Plank Jack: Straight arm plank, flat back, jack your feet.
