Timberwolves To Unveil 5 Collectible Bobbleheads This Season

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Timberwolves announced Wednesday they'll be releasing five collectible player bobbleheads this season as part of the team's promotional schedule for the 2015-16 season.

The first will be Andrew Wiggins, last year's NBA Rookie of the Year, which will be unveiled on Thursday, Nov. 12 when the Timberwolves host the Golden State Warriors at Target Center.

The second will be current rookie and No. 1 overall draft pick Karl-Anthony Towns. His bobblehead will be released on Saturday, Dec. 26, when the Timberwolves host the Indiana Pacers.

The Timberwolves will also release bobbleheads for Zach LaVine, Ricky Rubio and Gorgui Dieng. The bobblehead for LaVine will be released Jan. 23 against the Memphis Grizzlies. Rubio will have his bobblehead night on Feb. 20 against the New York Knicks and Dieng's will be released on April 13 against New Orleans.
