Uff-Da ... Minnesota Accents Parodied On 'The Late Show'

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Oh geez, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert had a little Minnesota flavor Thursday night, dontcha know.

The show featured a segment, called "Late Show Accent-Off: Minnesota Edition", which pitted comedian Maria Bamford and Late Show writer Ariel Dumas against each other.

It was dubbed "the Minnesota accent battle to end all Minnesota accent battles."

while using (seemingly) exaggerated Minnesotan accents, the two competed for the most Minnesota references that included classics like Famous Dave's, Mall of America, multiple city references and, of course, hot dish.

Uff-da ... just check out the video.
