Patrol: Man, 61, Dies In Todd Co. Rollover

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Officials say a 61-year-old Staples man died Saturday morning after his car veered off a highway in central Minnesota and rolled.

The State Patrol said the crash happened on Highway 210 in Todd County shortly after 9 a.m.

Allen Howard was driving east when he lost control of his Dodge Intrepid, which went off road, rolled and slammed into a bridge pillar.

Howard was not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene, officials said.

No one else was involved in the crash.
