4 Things To Know: Heinrich's Court Appearance, Britain's EU Status & More

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- From a suspect in Jacob Wetterling's abduction expected in court to Britain's status in the EU, here are the four stories to know for Monday, Feb. 22.

Suspect In Wetterling Disappearance To Appear In Court

The man, who has been named a person of interest in the Jacob Wetterling abduction, will appear in federal court Monday on child pornography charges.

Danny Heinrich was arrested in October. That's when we learned he was one of the earliest suspects in Wetterling's case, and a series of unsolved sexual assaults on boys in Paynesville in the 1980s.

Heinrich continues to deny any involvement in Wetterling's case. He's expected to plead not guilty.

Britain & EU

British prime minister David Cameron will make his case for Britain staying in the 28-nation European Union.

It comes after he secured concessions from EU leaders over the terms of Britain's membership at a summit in Brussels last week.

A referendum on whether Britain should leave will take place in June.

London's mayor has said he'll urge British voters to leave the EU, in a move that's a major blow for Cameron.

Snow Moon

A full moon will shine bright Monday night, named after this month's powdery precipitation.

Every full moon has its own name, dating back to Native Americans in the northern and eastern U.S.

In February -- our snowiest month -- it became popularly known as the "snow" moon.

Charlize Theron A "Monster Mom"?

An entertainment magazine is calling Oscar Winning Actress Charlize Theron a Monster Mom.

The reason is pics of Theron having a hard time dealing with her 4-year-old son, who obviously did not want to cooperate. The picture shows Theron "wrestling" her son in a parking lot.

OK Magazine interviewed a psychotherapist who says the first rule of parenting is to motivate, not dictate.
