The Minnesota FoodShare Drive At WCCO Was A Big Success!

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- We want to thank everyone who called into our phone bank Wednesday and donated money.

The goal was to raise $10,000 for Minnesota Food Share and their March Campaign -- and we're happy to report that we far exceeded that.

Your donations helped us raise more than $15,500!

For every dollar donated, $4 worth of food is given to the emergency food system.

The March campaign is the largest fund and food drive for local food shelves in the state. It helps keep 300 food shelves statewide stocked throughout the year.
