MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – St. Paul police say they've arrested a suspect in a shooting they described as "chaotic" that left one dead.

According to police, the shooting occurred around 7:30 p.m. Sunday night. Officers were called to Indian Mounds Regional Park, on the city's east side.
