Fallen Veterans Honored At Ft. Snelling Memorial Chapel

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Many people spent time at the Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel Sunday to remember those who lost their lives while serving our country.

Crosses with the names of those who lost their lives in war created a memorial garden outside of the chapel.

The families of those service members were honored in a public worship service Sunday morning. Afterwards, people visited the garden to place poppies at each of the crosses.

The Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel Foundation organized the events.
