Delivery Driver Found Shot Inside Car In S. Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A pizza delivery driver is in critical condition after being shot in a possible robbery in south Minneapolis early Saturday morning.

Minneapolis police say Andrew Gryskiewicz was found unresponsive in his vehicle by officers at about 3:15 a.m. near the area of 31st Street South and 3rd Avenue South.

Paramedics soon discovered that he had been shot. He was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center.

Gryskiewicz works for Dulono's Pizza in Uptown. The restaurant asked for prayers from the community on their Facebook page.

Police did not confirm that Gryskiewicz was robbed, and they do not have any suspects in the case.

On Sunday morning, Gryskiewicz remained in critical condition.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help with Gryskiewicz's recovery.
