Second Person Dies In Rochester House Fire
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A second person has died after a deadly house fire in southern Minnesota.
It happened Friday night around 8 p.m. in Rochester. When firefighters got there, they found 51-year-old Barbara Thoreson in the living room. She died at the scene.
Her 26-year-old son, Matthew, was also found in the home and was taken to the hospital. WCCO learned Sunday that he has also died from his injuries.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
