Tap Talk: Tin Whiskers Releases 2 New Flavors In Cans

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Tin Whiskers fans can now enjoy two more flavors in 16 ounce cans!

On Monday, the St. Paul brewery released Short Circuit Stout and the Schottky Pumpkin Ale in 16 oz. four pack cases.

"Our customers have asked for more product in convenient cans, and we're thrilled to answer the call," President and Cofounder Jeff Moriarty said in a recent press release. "Adding Short Circuit Stout, and fan favorite, Schottky Pumpkin Ale, to our can lineup illustrates our organic growth, and we are happy to be able to provide our product in the packaging format our customers want."

Tin Whiskers switched over to cans in November of 2015. The first two flavors released were the Flip Switch IPA and Wheat Stone Bridge.

Short Circuit Stout is a light bodied stout, complete with notes of chocolate and roasted coffee.

Meanwhile, fan favorite Schottky Pumpkin Ale is spicy and aromatic. The fall brew combines five different malt varieties with real pumpkin pie filling. It's bold in taste but drinkable in body.
