State Patrol Investigates Fatal Crash In Blue Earth County

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – At least one person is dead after two vehicles collided in Blue Earth County Monday night.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, just before 9 p.m. a freightliner was sitting stationary on the westbound shoulder of Victory Drive. A Cadillac was driving westbound on Victory Drive when it rear ended the freightliner.

At least one person was killed in the collision.

Mankato Fire and Ambulance assisted on the scene.

The crash is currently under investigation.
