MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in finding a missing vulnerable adult.

The sheriff’s office said 89-year-old Thomas Langley Allstopp has not been heard from since noon on Wednesday. Authorities searched Allstopp’s residence and the surrounding woods on Friday.

Allstopp is 5-feet-8-inches tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds. He has white hair and wears glasses. The 89-year-old is believed to be wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt. He is also missing two fingers on his right hand and has sailor tattoos on his forearms.

Anyone with information about Allstopp’s whereabouts should call the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office at 218-998-8555.

    Thomas Allstopp has been missing since last week, is a resident of Burnsville and went missing at his cabin on Spitzer Lake.
