After four successful “COWlobaoration” iterations, the steaks have been raised.
And that’s no bull.
Red Cow is joining forces once again with Stillwater’s Lift Bridge Brewing Company to create the fifth beer in the “COWlaboration” series. This time, they are brewing up a coconut porter.
Made with the seasons in mind, the porter will have a warm, roasted character, reminiscent of flannel blankets and fall bonfires. It will finish with complimentary coconut aromas, conjuring memories of warmer weather.
Luke Shimp, owner of Red Cow restaurants; Brad Clynn, Co-Founder and COO of Lift Bridge; and Matt Hall, Lift Bridge brew master, will be in the Stillwater taproom Wednesday creating the beer.
The beer is expected to be available in Lift Bridge’s taproom, as well as Red Cow restaurants in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
