Police: Two Shot In South Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Two people were shot Wednesday night in Minneapolis' Ventura Village neighborhood, according to police.
The shootings happened near Peavey Field Park on the 1900 block of Chicago Avenue.
One person suffered a gunshot wound to the leg, while the other victim's injury is not clear. Both were taken to Hennepin County Medical Center.
Police are investigating.
