"Town Hall is hosting their annual "Fresh Hop Fest" — an event that features fresh hop beers from Minnesota and across the country. Fresh hops beers are can only be made once a year upon the hop harvest: these beers require hops that are directly cut from the bine (not vine), harvested and then taken to the brewery to be put into the brewing kettle right away— giving the beer a botanical, stronger hop profile."
