Minnesota United Fans Invited To Pick Their Seats

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minnesota United fans got a rare chance to physically pick out their seats for the inaugural 2017 season.

The team hosted the first-ever seat selection at TCF Bank Stadium on Tuesday. About 600 season ticket holders showed up to make their choice.

Minnesota United says the demand for season tickets is very high. About 10,000 people have already put down deposits for the 2017 season.

The first 11,842 season ticket holders will get their name engraved somewhere on the new stadium in St. Paul.
