Stephen Vincent Design Celebrates Opening Of New Studio

Stephen Vincent Design is celebrating the opening of its new studio space in Minneapolis' Uptown neighborhood.

The Minnesota-jewelry company celebrated 40 years of business by opening a new studio space. Nestled between Lake Calhoun and Lake of the Isles, the studio sits on the 2900 block of Thomas Avenue.

Customers can come and view any of Stephen Vincent's collections as well as get custom-made jewelry. Head designer and master goldsmith, Stephen Vincent himself, even offers a special tutorial for couples looking to create their own rings called Art of Love.

Interested couples can learn how to make jewelry while creating rings for one another.

First, a two hour appointment for design collaboration and discussion is scheduled.

Then, once the designs are approved, the couple can come and create the rings. This usually falls 4 to 6 weeks after the initial meeting.

During the workshop session, Vincent will help each individual craft their ring.

Workshop sessions usually take place on Saturdays, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Cost is $950, including lunch from one of the neighborhood restaurants. Fifty percent of the cost must be deposited during the collaboration meeting.

For more information about the Art of Love workshop, or the new Stephen Vincent studio, visit Stephen Vincent online.

For a first-hand look at the new studio space, visit the Grand Opening celebration from 5 to 8 p.m. Nov. 17.
