Mike's Mix: OUIBar + KTCHN's Basil Gimlet
Each week, Mike Augustyniak finds a new cocktail from a local mixologist. New hotels are popping up all over Minneapolis, and this week Mike heads to the Radisson Red to see what their bar staff has up its collective sleeve.
Basil Gimlet
Ingredients
2 oz. Solveig gin
3 lime wedges
½ oz. simple syrup
4-5 basil leaves
Soda water
Instructions
Muddle gin, limes, simple syrup and basil in a shaker tin. Shake with ice, and strain into a martini glass. Top with soda water and garnish with basil leaf.
