MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — How would you like to hit the gym to get in a good nap instead of a good workout?

A British gym has launched a new fitness class called Napercise. It’s pretty much just what it sounds like: people taking a nap for 45 minutes.

The gym says it got the idea after a new study found 86 percent of parents in Great Britain were fatigued.

Participants get single beds so they can just show up and curl up.
