1 Dead In Maple Grove House Fire
UPDATE: On Friday, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office identified 80-year-old Margaret Margaret Loretta West as the victim in Thursday's fire.
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One person is dead after a house fire in Maple Grove Thursday night.
The Maple Grove Fire Department says they were called to the 6700 block of Zinnia Lane North at about 7 p.m. on a report of a house fire.
Firefighters found the victim inside the residence after the fire was put out. Investigators say they had mobility issues and used a wheelchair.
The Minnesota State Fire Marshal's office is leading the investigation.
