A local restaurateur set a new record for condo sales in Minneapolis after he sold his downtown space for $1,200 per square foot, according to the Star Tribune. The Star Tribune reported that Keyvan Talebi, co-owner of the Crave restaurant chain, sold Unit No. 3702 in the Carlyle for $4.3 million.
