Red was a hot color on the runway this fall and boots are no exception. In addition to being a trendy color, this Maylee boot has fold-over detailing and a back bow for a feminine feel. This boot probably isn’t something you’d wear to the office, but it is perfect for weekends and for a night out.

INC International Concepts Women’s Shoes Marwa Platform Boot — $98

700 Nicollet Mall # 550
Minneapolis, MN 55402

Traditional black, grey and brown boots are a great addition to any fall wardrobe, but you can spice things up this season by adding color to your footwear. Like the high heels are gonna work well in a Minnesota winter….. Please rethink this list and make it practical…..

    • Miss K

Sorry — I missed the ‘Autumn’ seasonality… I associate boots with winter and not so much as a ‘fall fashion must have’….. Hey, if you’ve got the $$$ go for it!

  • SPeterson

Re-read the headline.. It says AUTUMN BOOTS.. not winter!!!

    • SPeterson

Not to mention the first line of the article says ‘A must have for any Fall Outfit…’

      • Jean

Then don’t mention it. Let it go already.

  • Joe

As a man I must say that I have enjoyed seeing the short skirts and high heels that are in fashion but I need a break. I never thought I’d be saying this but I welcome the fall boots for a change. My 57 year old wife (she’ll kill me) can wear them and she’s looking good! : 0 )

  • beingzhenya

These are great suggestions! I hope MN women follow them, though I don’t really see it happening – today I spotted the first UGGS :( Ugly is all I can say!

    • em1022

What are we suppose to wear in this freezing state for six months?? I prefer EMU boots; they are insanely warm!

  • Ummm, right...

Love that dorky A$$ cover picture. Ladies, don’t go out in public looking like that – all us guys do is roll our eyes and laugh. And as for the purple things, hope you’re brown, named Jaquille, and have a pimp named Maurice…
