WCCO Flies Along With MN’s Only Air Force Reserve Unit

Minnesota’s only Air Force Reserve unit is the 934th Airlift Wing. The 934th flies eight large C-130 H3 cargo planes, which are used to move supplies and people. They fly out of Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport.

Furloughed federal workers in Minnesota say they’re disgusted by the political impasse that will cost them in the pocketbook. Many nonessential employees have been idled by the partial federal government shutdown that began early Tuesday.
