A St. Paul man is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of another man on Monday evening. The incident happened on the 1500 block of Ames Avenue in St. Paul just after 6 p.m. Police responded to find a number of people on the front porch of a residence, including one whose shirt was soaked in blood.
