Whatever your feelings for him, it’s hard to deny that former wide receiver Randy Moss was one of the greatest Vikings players ever. Moss is honoring his time in Minnesota by coming back to give his autograph out. Moss will at the Fan HQ store at Ridgedale Center in Minnetonka from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, May 23.
The Minnesota Twins say tickets have sold out for Saturday’s “TwinsFest at Target Field.” But tickets are still available for Friday and Sunday. The Twins say ticket inventory is more limited since the annual event moved to Target Field. The indoor event runs Friday through Sunday. Some 75 current and former Twins players are scheduled to participate.
Jackets, shirts and shoes are a staple of any rummage or garage sale. But when that old clothing belongs to sports reporting legend Sid Hartman, there’s going to be a market for it. Hartman’s estate sale kicked off Saturday in St. Louis Park at the Estate Sales Minnesota building. Unlike most estate sales, which occur after a home sale or death, Hartman isn’t selling his house – and the 93 year old shows no signs of slowing down.
