The State Capitol Security introduced Matka to the media on Monday. She is a 1-and-a-half–year-old Hungarian Vizsla who recently completed a 10-week training course in explosives detection.
18-Year-Old Arrested For Esko School Bomb ThreatAn 18 year old is in the Carlton County Jail after being arrested for writing a bomb threat that led to the evacuation of Esko School on Tuesday. According to the Carlton County Sheriff’s office, Eddie Michael Edwards is suspected of leaving a written threat that was found around noon on Tuesday in the K-12 school. The building was evacuated, and everyone moved to a nearby church while bomb detection dogs were dispatched. The FBI was also involved in the situation.
