Wednesday is Read and Ride Day at the State Fair, and that means admission is only $11 if you have a public library card. That’s $2 off regular admission.
The Minnesota State Fair begins a week from Thursday, but there is already plenty of activity at the historic fairgrounds. Dozens of carpenters, landscapers, traveling ride operators and maintenance crew are all pushing deadlines to have things ready to go in seven days.
Whether you just want some down time away from the games and rides or want a video to remind of the fun you had, the newest attractions have it all.
