Police: Woman, 32, Killed In Dakota County Crash

Authorities said a 32-year-old Inver Grove Heights woman was killed Thursday in a two-crash in Dakota County. The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office identified the victim Friday as Angela Nicole Wear.
