It’s not even spring and the food truck scene is already buzzing. It seems the newest thing in food trucks is to secure a place without wheels where customers can sit down and enjoy great food and service.
It’s the first week of the new year, and a lot of us are trying to eat healthy food.
The Twin Cities area has a few great Mediterranean restaurants to try out. If eating and staying healthy is a must, then the Mediterranean diet is right for you.
I’ve never really thought of a falafel to be foxy, per se, but after tasting the goodies coming out of this green and yellow antique food truck — I’m having a change of heart.
Each farmer’s market has developed a unique flavor and draw, but at Kingfield, in addition to the bountiful fresh, local produce, there’s a humming sense of this diverse community’s pride, tucked into one small parking lot.
In the new spring season, I’m not only looking forward to the reopening of farmers markets, but I’m also looking forward to the food trucks hitting the streets. It is sure to be an explosion of food options due to loosened regulation and increased interest in starting mobile food carts.
It is hard to believe that another Halloween has passed and we are already into November. Like a lot of others, I was in denial when the weather first turned chilly, but I have moved into the acceptance stage, especially since I visited the Kingfield Farmers Market for the last time on Sunday.
