The Minnesota State Patrol is still investigating the only fatal crash of the weekend during a large snow storm that wreaked havoc on the state’s roads.
Authorities in Lake City are looking for a suspect after an apparent bank robbery Monday afternoon in the small southeastern Minnesota town.
A 10-year-old boy is dead after having a medical issue while climbing a tree, according to the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office.
The Minnesota State Patrol identified the man as 27-year-old Curtis Flom of Nerstrand.
The Post-Bulletin reports the Lakeville man was the only person aboard when it went down at 3:38 a.m. Saturday in Cherry Grove Township, southwest of Wanamingo. He died at the scene.
