Zach Sobiech’s Parents Reflect As His Stillwater Classmates Graduate

Stillwater High School’s Class of 2013 walked the stage at Roy Wilkins Auditorium in downtown St. Paul to receive their diplomas Saturday night without one of its brightest stars. Zach Sobiech was diagnosed with a deadly form of bone cancer. Through his positive outlook, he tried to live life as normal as possible. Sadly, Zach died two weeks before graduation.

All Seniors At Mpls’ Cristo Rey High Will Head To College

its finals week at Christo Rey High School in Minneapolis, and seniors there are all smiles. They’re feeling good because in less than a week, they’ll be graduating and all will be heading to college. Edgar Alcantar has been accepted to St Mary’s University in Winona. “I’ve accomplished a lot during these four years,” Alcantar said. “I want to study English in college or writing so I can be a lawyer.”
