Officials have identified the body pulled from the St. Croix River on Saturday as 24-year-old Abbey Russell, the Stillwater woman who’s been missing for a week.
Abby Russell, 24, was last seen at her house around midnight, near the intersection of Poplar Street and Highway 95. She’s described as 5’7″, 150 pounds with shoulder-length brown hair and green eyes.
