A realty website says a St. Paul neighborhood is America’s top hipster zip code. And that’s a good thing. Lowertown topped RealtyTrac’s list. The site says hipsters mean trendy restaurants, bars and other amenities, and probably rising property values and rental rates.
Pretty much any US city, short of maybe Birmingham, AL, has some elements/neighborhoods of hipster culture at this point (you really just need a fixed-gear bike shop, right?), but these 10 cities are vying for the title of hipster-est. Behind Williamsburg, of course.
