Authorities have arrested a 58-year-old Bemidji man in connection with the hit-and-run crash that killed a 25-year-old man last week. The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office said Martin Erwin Ubert turned himself into police last Friday and was arrested on Tuesday night.
