The Crave folks are at it again. Plans have been announced for Kaskaid Hospitality (parent company to Crave, Union, figlio and Urban Eatery) to open a new concept in the soon-to-be former home of Old Chicago in Uptown.
After only about nine months since its conception, Minnesota’s first retractable roof restaurant is on the cusp of opening to the public.
The people behind Crave, Urban Eatery and the new Figlio have another concept coming to downtown Minneapolis. The corner of Hennepin Avenue and 8th Street will soon be home to a new restaurant that will literally blow the roof off Minnesota dining.
It’s been three years since Figlio shut down its doors at its iconic Uptown location, leaving a superb-happy-hour-sized hole in our hearts.
