Two men have been arrested for allegedly stealing lottery tickets in Montrose on at least two separate occasions last month. The Wright County Sheriff’s Office said they responded to Red’s Café on both August 17 and August 22 on calls of reported burglaries.
The Minnesota Lottery will set a new sales record for the sixth consecutive year.
