A vigil is planned Friday evening in honor of a man who was shot to death one week ago in downtown Minneapolis. Twenty-eight-year-old Justin Murry Williams, of Bloomington, was found shot several times near the intersection of North 10th Street and Currie Avenue by an off-duty police officer at about 6:30 a.m. There is currently no suspect in custody.
