The University of North Dakota men’s hockey captain is on a roll, which could mean good things in this weekend’s West Regional tournament in St. Paul.
North Dakota Storms Back To Beat Minnesota 6-3
Mario Lamoureux scored twice during a five-goal third period for North Dakota, and the Fighting Sioux snapped back to stun Minnesota 6-3 Friday in the WCHA semifinals.
North Dakota Beats Bemidji St. 5-2
Mario Lamoureux’s first goal of the season broke a tie late in the third period, leading North Dakota to a 5-2 win over Bemidji State on Saturday in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.
