Mpls. Teen Charged With Murder Of Man Defending His Son

A Minneapolis teen is charged with second-degree murder for allegedly killing a man who confronted him on a Metro Transit bus after harassing his son. The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office has filed a petition to certify Joshua Davis Ford, 16, as in adult for the shooting death of 38-year-old Andrew Billingsley Jr. last Thursday night.
