Model T Crash Victim In UT ID'd As Minn. WomanThe victim of a crash involving at 1915 Model T outside Utah's Zion National Park has been identified as the president of a Minnesota antique car club. Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Jalaine Hawkes says 51-year-old Karen Johnson of Owatonna, Minn., was killed in the wreck Friday that sent three other people to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Hawkes says the names of the injured aren't being released but they're also from the Owatonna area.
1 Dead, 3 Hurt When Model T Overturns In UtahAn antique vehicle traveling near Zion National Park in Utah overturned on the last day of an international Model T club's annual tour, killing a woman from Minnesota and injuring three other people. The accident happened Friday morning on state Route 9 when the 1915 Ford Model T pulled to the side of the road to allow traffic to pass, the Utah Highway Patrol said. The right front wheel went off the pavement, the wheel's wooden spokes separated, and the vehicle flipped, troopers said.
