The Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers go at it for third and final time this season Saturday at Lambeau Field. After splitting their two regular season matchups, the rubber match comes in the NFC wild card playoff round.

Missed Opportunities Cost Minnesota Vikings At Green Bay Packers

The Minnesota Vikings had a chance to stay two games behind the Chicago Bears and move into a tie with the Green Bay Packers with a win Sunday at Lambeau Field. However, two red zone interceptions by Christian Ponder kept the Vikings from pulling off the upset. Adrian Peterson had another outstanding game with over 200 rushing yards.

Minnesota Vikings Are In The Thick Of The Division Title Hunt

The Minnesota Vikings, Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers form the NFL’s best division. The Bears sit atop the standings, but have issues with its offense. The Packers won the division last season, but the defense remains its weak link. The Vikings and Adrian Peterson are one of the best stories in the league, but do they have enough to make the playoffs. The Lions remain in the hunt, but can they get hot and catch the teams ahead of them.
