Teen Charged With Shooting, Killing Girlfriend

A Minnesota teenager is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of his girlfriend. Police arrested 17-year-old Ahmed Abdi last week in Kansas City, Missouri. They believe Abdi fatally shot 21-year-old Ayan Abdulahi at a residence on the 2400 block of Portland Avenue on the afternoon of April 11.

A 49-year-old man is charged with murder, arson and assault in connection with a deadly March fire in Finlayson. The Pine County Sheriff’s office says Robert Sam Raisch Jr. will face charges for second-degree murder, first-degree arson and first-degree assault.
