A Minnesota food truck has been named one of the best in the entire country, and it has an approach that’s as simple as its food is tasty. Natedogs offers hot dogs and bratwursts with homemade condiments.
A Pizza Queen, Mr. Hot Dog, a Cupcake Warrior, a Chef of the Good, the Great and the Bizarre and a Nordic Chef Extraordinaire all walk into a bar. And what do you have? Well, you have a bar full of the cream of the crop in the Minnesota culinary scene, of course.
It truly has been the summer of food trucks. And while it’s not a new concept by any means, 2011 certainly marked the beginning of a beautiful friendship between Twin Cities’ ordinances and new, up-and-coming food trucks.
