Former Downtown Neiman Marcus Space Sold

It’s been sitting empty since last winter. But now, the former Neiman Marcus building in downtown Minneapolis is off the market. The state’s largest gas utility, CenterPoint Energy, has inked a deal to purchased the property, according to Twin Cities Business.
