A 30-year-old woman faces three counts of criminal vehicular operation in connection with a hit-and-run that critically injured a young mother in March. Charges have been filed against Danielle Dennay Sivels, of St. Paul. Investigators accuse her of causing the March 16 crash at the intersection of 6th Street and Cypress Street on the east side of St. Paul.
