Authorities say that two people have died and at least 11 are injured in a train-school bus collision in North Dakota.
A Minnesota man was taken to a Grand Forks hospital after crashing his pickup truck into a train. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the incident happened shortly before 2:30 a.m. Thursday. Authorities say the 33-year-old man from Brooten, Minnesota, collided with the BNSF Railway train at a crossing just west of Grand Forks.
Lab tests show that a North Dakota Highway Patrol captain arrested in Minnesota allegedly had a blood alcohol level nearly twice that state’s legal limit for driving.
