For the last month, we’ve seen a new debate over just how much water we should be drinking each day. It started in July, when medical researchers at Harvard University published an article stating there is no scientific evidence that we need to drink eight glasses of water a day.
Something many of us have been trying to avoid is now okay to eat. The nation’s top nutrition panel is dropping its guidelines about avoiding foods that are high in cholesterol.
The list is out for popular restaurant dishes with the worst calorie counts. The Center for Science in the Public Interest reviewed menus at chains across the country.
