A 20-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder for the death of a 1-year-old girl.

Charges Expected In Death Of Girl, 19 Months Old

A 19-year-old man is expected to be charged Tuesday in the death of a 19-month-old baby girl. Tiana Moore was assaulted last Wednesday. She died in a hospital in St. Paul on Christmas Eve. The toddler lived in the western Minnesota town of Olivia in Renville County.
