Outdoor Concert To Immediately Follow Dayton's Signing Of Gay Marriage Bill An outdoor music concert will be held Tuesday evening at St. Paul’s Ecolab Plaza to celebrate Governor Mark Dayton’s signing of the Freedom to Marry Bill.
